Our Federally inspected facility currently processes fresh and processed pork and beef products under SQF Level 2 certification and HACCP accreditation. Our fresh products are marketed under the Tony’s brand and our processed products are marketed under the Tony’s Meats and Mr. Donair brand names. We also produce many private label products for those large retail and food service customers who have their “secret recipe” within this section of our business. Over the past ten years, processing has been our main area of growth as we have utilized our Federal Inspection and location to gain market share and create new markets.
The Tony’s Meats brand of products can be found in many independent and large chain retail outlets throughout Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. We continue to develop innovative and unique products which will help us increase our presence outside of Atlantic Canada in the years to come!
