Tony's Smoked Pork loin

Our Smoked Bone in pork loin has been another favorite among our customers.

We begin by selecting the leanest, most tender pork loin. We then trim to a desired spec and prepare for our smokehouse. The loins are then partially cooked and the end result is a very tender, great flavored smoked pork loin. Highly recommended for your next BBQ!

Our Smoked pork loin is available in a whole piece or cut into chops ( ¾.).

Tony's Boneless Smoked Loin Chops

Since our Smoked Bone in loins have been a favorite for many years, we have added a new item to our smoked family. We are now offering a Smoked boneless loin chop.

We begin by removing the bone from selected lean and tender pork loins. The loins are closely trimmed to remove all excess fat and smoked in our own smokehouses which results in a nice hardwood smoke flavour. This item is a great alternative for your next barbeque!

This product is sold in a random weight tray which contains 4-6 chops. Each chop is approximately ¾. thick and can be ready in minutes.

Tony's Smoked Hams

You have the choice of 3 beautifully trimmed and wonderfully flavored hams. Our hams start with the selection of the finest, leanest pork. They are then partially cooked in our smokehouses to provide the flavor and quality that is expected from .Tony.s Meats.. They are a great option for your next banquet, family gathering, and holiday dinner or served in a buffet. Our selection of hams include the following:

  • Skinless, Shankless, Smoked Ham: our traditional style Bone in smoked ham that is trimmed of all excess exterior fat. This ham averages 14-16lbs and is packed 2 per case.
  • Country Cured Ham: This ham is a 100% boneless version of our traditional Skinless, shankless smoked ham. An Easy Carve ham that offers the same features of the traditional ham but eliminates the need to carve around a bone and reduces waste. This ham averages 13-14lbs and is packed 2 per case.
  • Regular Smoked Ham: This ham is an .Oldy, but a Goody.. This product is the whole pork leg; shank attached which has been smoked. This ham averages 22-24lbs and is packed 2 per case.
Tony's Layer Bacon

We select the leanest pork bellie which are naturally smoked in our own smokehouses creating a hardwood smoked flavored bacon. It is a favorite among our customers. You will be amazed at how little our bacon shrinks when you fry it!! Highly recommended for your next breakfast.

This product is sold in a 5kg ( 11lbs) case and is sold both at retail and foodservice level.

Tony's Smoked Pork Hock

Cut from the lower end of the pork leg. Product is smoked and recommended for use in soups and stews.
