Black Forest Ham - we select the most lean boneless and trimmed legs of pork. We then cover with a dark, flavoured coating and smoke with natural hardwood. Can be used on a cold plate or in both hot and cold sandwiches. Also popular as a main coarse with little preparation required.

Cooked Roast Beef - the finest Inside Ham Sets are trimmed to highest leanness. This moderately spiced roast beef is cooked, baked and smoked for maximum taste. Can be sliced and used on cold plate, submarine sandwiches or cold sandwiches. Also popular in a bun or as a main plate.

Pastrami - we select and smoke a beef eye of the round. Our unique flavour and selection of lean beef make it among the finest. Can be used as sandwich meat or on a meat tray.
